We will be upgrading your Wiki from Friday 21 July at 5pm. You will not have access to your Wiki during this upgrade. 

We expect to complete the upgrade by 9am on Monday 24 July. 

On Monday 24 July you will notice that the login screen at rixwiki.org has been updated. You can use your existing username and password to log in.  

If you have forgotten your username or password, you can reset this on the login page. 

We will provide training to guide you through your upgraded Wiki and its new features. 

You can ask for help or highlight any content issues and we will resolve these for you. 

You will need to do the following: 

  • Make sure that our emails are reaching you 
  • Note that you won’t have access to your Wiki between 28-30 July 
  • Get help from the RIX team by creating a ticket here: https://rix-wiki-3.groovehq.com/help
