How to Export Your Data

You can request a full export of your media from your Multi Me account at any time. Follow the steps below to request and download your data.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log into your account through the Multi Me app.

  2. Tap the options menu (three lines) in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Scroll to the Data and Privacy section.

  5. Tap Export Data.

  6. Tap Request Media Archive, then confirm your Request.

What Happens Next?

Your request is sent to the Multi Me team, who will prepare your media archive—a ZIP folder containing all your media files (including any subfolders you’ve created in your Media area).

  • This process can take up to working 24 hours.

  • You will receive a notification when your archive is ready.

  • Once ready, return to My Settings to download your ZIP file.

Your media will download to a folder on your computer, where you’ll see all items neatly organised as they appear in your Multi Me Media area.

 

Why Can’t I Share My Wiki From the New App?

We’re excited to introduce the first release of the Rix Wiki App—a brand-new way to build, view, and update your Wiki using photos, videos and audio straight from your smartphone or tablet.

Because we’re rolling out the app in phases, some features are not yet available in Version 1, including sharing your Wiki. Here’s a simple breakdown of what you can do now and what’s coming soon.

What’s Included in Version 1.00 (Now Available)

Version 1 gives you everything you need to start creating fantastic Wikis using multimedia. Current features include:

  • Smart touch interactivity, including press-and-hold to play audio descriptions

  • View all your Wikis – your own, the ones you manage, and those shared with you

  • Edit your Wikis:

    • Capture new photos, videos, or audio from your device

    • Add items directly from your media library

This first release focuses on strong, reliable core functionality for building Wikis on mobile.

What’s Coming in Q1 2026

  • Via email

  • With your Multi Me Circle

Seamless App Integration

  • A direct link between the Multi Me smartphone app and the Rix Wiki App, making it easier to jump between tools.
