When you click on the plus sign to add a new Wiki, a window pops up prompting you to give the Wiki a name and description.

The name of the new Wiki must have at least four characters. You do not have to give the Wiki a description.

If you want to use a template, click on the dropdown arrow next to Wiki template. You will see a list of available templates in your portal.
